Our company is expanding and so we are urgently seeking an experienced Administrative Manager, who will be responsible for the administrative and daily tasks of the business.

The ideal candidate will have to fit well into the overall corporate success as well as work with customers and suppliers.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential
  • Previous experience in Administration.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking responsibility for the effective running of the company.
  • Maintaining control and basic functioning of the company.
  • Issuing invoices to customers.
  • Managing the day-to-day office operations and communication with employees, partners, government institutions, etc.;
  • Order processing to suppliers.
  • Working closely with the General Manager.
