On 26 and 28 June BBBA in partnership with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with the kind support of Vivacom, held business forums focusing on expanding your business into the specified markets in Ruse and Varna. Representatives of the chambers and respective embassies presented the opportunities for businesses from both regions.
The conferences aimed to give practical advice and useful tips for companies in the region, who are looking to expand to non-EU markets, as well as a very interesting presentation on investments in Bulgaria by the Invest Bulgaria Agency. Our guests had to opportunity to be part of a practical session on business development and marketing by our resident marketing expert – Barry Brand, member of the BBBA Board of Directors.
“Why not Varna?”, said Richard Crisp, BBBA regional ambassador in Varna. “The talent here is amazing, so believe in your people. You dont need to be in Sofia to be successful. Be the change you want to see!”
”We chose to import agricultural machinery from the UK and Canada as they are leading in quality and innovation. The chambers of commerce represented here today have been very successful in helping businesses and I advise, even urge, Ruse businesses to proactively seek their support.” said Plamena Gagova, BBBA regional ambassador in Ruse.
Specials thanks to the mayor of Varna Blagomir Kotsev and to Zlatomira Stefanova, deputy mayor of Ruse for welcoming our guests.
Last but not least special thanks to our regional BBBA Ambassadors Plamena Gagova, Ruse and Richard Crisp, Varna for the support.
