About the position:
We’re currently building an HR Center of Excellence in Sofia which will provide HR consultancy services across Europe, and we are looking to add a Strategic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing community!
The role profile:
The Strategic Recruiter is fully responsible for owning and executing executive level searches across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for Atos
– Create unique and robust search strategies to identify, attract and engage with high- calibre candidates, from branding and events, to sourcing and referrals
– Build and maintain effective networks to improve transparency and attract top quality prospects from the IT space
– Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
– Manage and constantly assure a health and fruitful pipeline volume and velocity, as well as data integrity
Requirements:
– 6+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
– Еxperience advising and influencing executive leadership
– Broad IT recruitment knowledge and real passion for the latest cutting edge technologies
– Thinks strategically and stays on top of tactical execution
– Outstanding communication skills – must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator, able to effectively engage the attention of executive partners, and articulate complex arguments in a polished and professional manner
– Self-assured; not easily thrown, able to think on your feet and work on highly confidential searches with senior leadership
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment with demanding hiring managers
– Proficiency in English
