Theoremus, in collaboration with University College London, the Asociația Română pentru Smart City, Societatea de Transport București STB S.A., and SUMC have embarked on an innovation project funded by EIT Urban Mobility to enhance bus management in Bucharest and Sofia.

Together they are developing a new anti-bus bunching system that uses algorithms from UCL and cutting-edge crowding monitoring systems.

During Theoremus’ recent visit to the STB headquarters, the team reviewed the current infrastructure and discussed how to develop and integrate their project into the current bus system.

This kickoff meeting marks the beginning of what promises to be a transformative journey towards smarter and more efficient urban transport solutions.
